Mission

 

To reach out to Brothers of all ages around the world, organize, inspire, motivate and empower them to do great things that will make the world a better place to find viable strategies to solve the unique problems facing Men today and to build hope, change the hope into actions, change actions into victories and victories back into hope, for future generations.

 

 

Vision Statement

 

To create a collaboration network among Brothers and provide the necessary     resources including financial, training, professional and technical services and  create community laboratories that will experiment with new ideas using community residents who are willing to take responsibility and action.

 

TEAB’s website is a Starter Site which will evolve into a mega site of information and communications.  It will be the collaboration network that will conduct Webinars/E-seminars and meetings with members worldwide to create and manage special projects.  The website will be the main point of contact for Blogs, information, grant writing, funding and other resources to assist with profit and nonprofit ventures.  The website will be funded with private money so we will not be restricted in any way discussing issues affecting Black Men. 

 

TEAB will reach out to existing organizations who CARE and are struggling.  Money and other resources will help empower the brothers who care so they can do more.  If there are not any existing organizations focusing on a specific need in our community, then and only then will a new program be organized.  If we seek public funding for a special project, each special project will meet the guidelines of the funding agency.  The key to our success will be dictated by our teamwork and effort.
